Why Doxzo

Printing shouldn't mean losing control of your files

The way most people print documents today leaks files into chat threads and devices with no clear end. Doxzo replaces that with a temporary, authorized job.

The problem with the default flow

Most document printing still happens through informal channels.

Files live in chats

Documents get sent over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, where copies persist across devices and backups.

Deletion is manual hope

After the print, there is no guarantee the vendor deletes the file. It usually lingers by default.

No access boundaries

A shared chat gives the recipient access to context beyond the single document you intended to print.

The Doxzo answer

Replace the informal exchange with a controlled, time-boxed job.

Temporary by default

Files are stored only long enough to complete the job, then purged automatically.

Limited to one job

A vendor entering a print code retrieves only that authorized job, not your history.

Auditable

Status transitions are enforced server-side, so the flow is traceable and can't be set arbitrarily.

How it works

Five steps, one clean lifecycle.

1 Upload

Upload a document and configure print settings.

2 Print code

A temporary 6-digit code is issued for the job.

3 Vendor prints

The vendor enters the code and retrieves only that job.

4 Confirm and pay

You inspect the physical print, confirm, and complete payment.

5 Purge

The job completes and the backend deletes the document object. Only metadata remains for history.

Who it helps

Both sides of a print transaction benefit from cleaner boundaries.

Customers

Know exactly where a document goes, for how long, and that it gets deleted when the job ends.

Vendors

Stop holding loose files in chats. Access only the jobs customers authorize, with a clean record.
