1. Who we are
Doxzo ("we", "us") is a privacy-first print marketplace for India, operated in Junagadh, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at support@doxzo.in.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run a print job:
- Account information — name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
- Documents — files you upload or scan for printing, including any blurring or edits you apply.
- Job metadata — service type, copies, colour and side options, chosen shop, timestamps, pickup status, and payment status. Metadata never includes document contents.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider Cashfree. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
- Technical data — device type, app version, and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable.
3. How documents are handled
This is the core of Doxzo. Documents uploaded for printing are temporary:
- A document is accessible only for the specific print job it belongs to. A vendor can only open the exact job assigned to them or authorized by the print code they entered.
- Documents are automatically purged after the job completes or expires, by server-side cleanup that runs even if nobody opens the app.
- Your order history keeps metadata only — never the document file itself.
- Customer identity stays masked from vendors; your saved document library is never visible to any vendor.
4. How we use your information
- To create and fulfil print jobs, route them to shops, and show pickup times.
- To process payments and issue refunds.
- To provide support and communicate about your orders.
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting print-code attempts).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents for advertising or profiling.
5. Sharing
- Print vendors — only the document and details of the specific job they are fulfilling, for the duration of that job.
- Service providers — hosting, payments, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to raise grievances. Write to us at support@doxzo.in and we will respond within the timelines the law requires.
7. Security
We use scoped, short-lived authorization, rate limiting, and automatic deletion to minimize exposure. No system is perfectly secure, so we describe our limits honestly on our Security page and invite responsible disclosure at security@doxzo.in.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the new "last updated" date above.
