Terms of Service

1. The service

Doxzo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent print shops ("vendors"). You can print in two ways: order for pickup (choose a service and a nearby shop at a fixed price) or print code (generate a temporary 6-digit code and take it to a participating shop; the price is shown before you pay after printing). Doxzo itself does not operate print shops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Orders and pricing

• Each shop sets its own catalogue prices. The exact price is always shown before you pay.
• For pickup orders, you pay through Doxzo when placing the order. For print-code jobs, you pay through Doxzo after the print is checked.
• Doxzo may add a fee to an order. The amount is shown before payment, is charged once per order, and is included in the total. The fee is ₹0 when the shop subtotal is under ₹5, ₹0.50 when it is ₹5 through ₹10, and ₹1 when it is above ₹10. It is reversed when an order is cancelled, declined, failed or fully refunded.
• A shop may decline a pickup order (for example, if it cannot fulfil it). If that happens you are refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.
• Payments in the current launch build are demo-only; no real money is processed.

4. Print codes

Print codes are temporary, single-job credentials. Do not share a code publicly. Codes expire automatically with the job, and repeated wrong-code attempts are rate-limited.

5. Confirmation and reprints

When a print is ready, you will be asked to confirm it. If the print is wrong (missing pages, wrong copies, poor quality), you can request a reprint from the app. Forgotten confirmations auto-complete after 12 hours so payment can proceed, and ready orders complete automatically 24 hours after becoming ready so documents can be purged.

6. Your responsibilities

• Only upload documents you have the right to print.
• Do not use Doxzo for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' documents or interfere with the service.

7. Vendor terms

Vendors must publish accurate services and prices, accept or decline incoming orders promptly, set realistic pickup estimates, and handle customer documents only for the assigned job. Doxzo may suspend vendors that misuse document access.

8. Doxzo fee

Doxzo charges one fee per order based on the shop subtotal: ₹0 under ₹5, ₹0.50 from ₹5 through ₹10, and ₹1 above ₹10. The amount is displayed in the total before payment. It is not shop commission, is not paid to the vendor, and is reversed if the order is cancelled, declined, failed or fully refunded. The fee is part of the same payment transaction; Doxzo does not create a separate charge.

9. Liability

Doxzo provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the acts of independent vendors beyond operating the marketplace in good faith.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Junagadh, Gujarat.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
