Why Doxzo

Printing shouldn't mean losing control of your files

The way most people print documents today leaks files into chat threads and devices with no clear end. Doxzo replaces that with a temporary, authorized job.

The problem

The problem with the default flow

Most document printing still happens through informal channels.

Files live in chats

Documents get sent over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, where copies persist across devices and backups.

Deletion is manual hope

After the print, there is no guarantee the vendor deletes the file. It usually lingers by default.

No access boundaries

A shared chat gives the recipient access to context beyond the single document you intended to print.

The Doxzo answer

Replace the informal exchange with a controlled job

Temporary by default

Files are stored only long enough to complete the job, then purged automatically.

Limited to one job

A vendor sees only the job assigned to them, or the one job authorized by the code they entered, never your history or library.

Traceable flow

The job moves through a fixed sequence of states. Nothing can be set to an arbitrary status.

How it works

One clean lifecycle

Add & configure

Upload or scan, protect private details, and choose the print service.

See it in the demo

Pickup or print code

Order from a nearby shop at a fixed price, or get a temporary 6-digit code for any shop.

Vendor prints

The vendor enters the code and retrieves only that job.

Confirm or collect

One tap confirms the print, or just collect a pickup order. Pay only the price you saw.

Purge

The job completes and the document is deleted. Only metadata remains for history.

See the whole flow, start to purge

Follow a temporary print job from new document to automatic purge, exactly as the apps work.
